Come back to Taytay crater.


1920 x 1080 in Q4

All humans build the base camp in its phase II.

The printer 3D is operationnal.
They are helped by a new crane entirely built by the printer 3D during the exploration.

There are true mountains in far horizon to delimite the crater all around base camp.

Here are the details of the crane.



and the model 3D HERE (little long to upload).

Atlas allows to take 2 types of materials.
Heavy weights with crane and lighter boxes with clamp.

Depending on the weight lifted, weights can be added.

Thanks for showing the modules in 3D smile
Fortunately, you posted them at the moment I was updating the Export to HTML5 plug-in, so I could try to improve the (very very) bad load performances of some scenes. Actually, this was due to an unoptimized management of 3D lines. As your 3D models have a lot of contour lines, this ended to a very slow program.

Main entrance is finished.

The crew has built airlocks and must install air conditioning.

The large rocks and pebbles have been removed from the site so as not to hinder the rovers.

I come back for the comfort of the crew.
In space like on Mars, the crew must have a intimate cabin.

I was inspirated by the Universe of Star Trek.

This drawing picture shows us a double cabin with desk from USS Defiant.


Here a picture from TNG series inside a runabout of Danube class.

With these, I built a simple cabin which can have a second upper.

1920 x 1080 in Q3 (to see more d├ętails).

They are going to be installed in ISS Hermes and the Habmod module.
Length = 2.0 m
Height = 1.5 m
Width = 1.05 m
In light gray in front of the top right cabin, you can see an escamotable door to sleep without noise...

We continue with the most important and the hardier : The Accomodation module.

I made two models :
the first is empty (3.7 MB) to can upload it in 3D
the second is full (20 MB) to take rendering pictures...

Firstly, here the specifications



In the case of solar eruptions, crew can go to garden to protect themself between shielded walls and tanks of water.

Top of the ring is the Entertenment room
Bottom of the ring is the living, kitchen
Left of the ring is the male bedroom with its bathroom
Right of the ring is the female bedroom with its bathroom.

Imagine the difficulties to create the accomodation ring with SH3D...
The central node with 6 entries/exits, the lights, the airlocks, the scales, the portholes,... all in this particular shape.

To create the good conditions, the ring turns at 3 RPM.
