Grey flat panels ruining my day

Hi Everyone,especially experts.
I have grey panels that seem to be be some kind of alighnment panels or flat wall-like markers. How do I get rid of the, turn them off, or learn to use them accurately. Please help, I'm spending way too much time trying to figure this out.
Thanks to all who reply....

Re: Grey flat panels ruining my day

This could be some room ceilings which are not correctly computed.
Display the modification dialog box of each room where it happens and select the Flat ceiling only check box or make the ceiling invisible if needed.
If this is not the problem, you’ll have to share an image so we can better understand your issue.

Re: Grey flat panels ruining my day

To clarify, the wall-like gray panels are thin verticle planes, not flat horizontal like a floor or ceiling.
Puybaret, thank you much. I will try your suggestion, but it seems more like an alignment issue. Can I shut this tool off?
