Lost file

I accidentaly saved my house as .html instead of .sh3d, Is my house lost ?

Do you mean you exported it to HTML5?
If it's the case, you can recover it (except a few things like dimensions and polylines not visible in th 3D view) by changing the extension of the .zip file contained in the exported ZIP file by .sh3d.
