Can I hang things from the ceiling?
Acoustic panels specifically, but other stuff like fans and fire things. Thanks!

Not exactly 'hang from the ceiling' but you can elevate an object so its top hits the ceiling and it looks like it is hanging from the ceiling.

You can calculate the needed elevation by substracting the object height from the room height: elevation = room height - object height.
