Unfortunately, the electrical network and water supply were given, and it was not possible to change much. above the oven, there is a microwave oven, which was used little, mostly just for defrosting.

Great plan idea for the kitchen. I personally prefer white. But that's subjective.
The great thing about white is it blends things together and can help tone down discontinuities and reduce the impression of busyness. Of course, it can get a bit bland.
