tools no longer selectable
Hello there,
I'm having a strange issue on a single project with the online version of Sweet Home 3d: some tools on the bar are no longer selectable (create measure, create room, create walls, etc). Also I can't add fornitures no more.
As I said, that is happening just on a single project, no issues in others. Am I doing something wrong?

I don't know if this is related to the problem you have: Make sure your current/active level is visible otherwise you can't edit it.

I'm sorry to butt in on this post but I'm really struggling trying to design the kitchen. I can't even find fridges. Many videos say to click on the "Tools" then "Cabinet Maker" but I have no "Tools" in my menu and can't find the "Cabinet Maker" anywhere. Appreciate any help.

The "Tools" menu item is a default menu item and should be available in a correctly installed Sweet Home 3D.
The Cabinet Maker is a plugin that must be installed before you see it in the Tools menu. First install the Plugins Manager which makes is much easier to install/remove other plugins. Using the plugins manager you can install the Cabinet Maker. Make sure to also install the Advanced Edit plugin, it's a must-have.
If you decide to use existing 3D models you can search for them on the internet. On my site dodecagon.nl I offer two kitchen cabinets libraries and a kitchen appliances library.

Tools menu IT IS NOT a default menu item. It appear only if you install at least a plugin which programed it(Cabinet maker, Roof generator, Advanced editing etc).

I didn't know that! I am so used to having the Tools menu and I don't remember ever seeing it without, even with a new install. Probably because the plugins directory is still there from the previous install. After 18 years using Sweet Home 3D you can still learn something new

A very helpful gentleman managed to allow me to add the Cabinet Maker. I was thrilled and spent an hour redesigning a base cabinet to perfection, only to end up clicking on "Okay" and got nothing! No idea what I am doing wrong.
