to hell with AI. I'll tell you again how to show any lamp in the interior of SH3D. Without a 3D model.
It is not always possible to show the desired lamp, because there is no such 3D model. But as usual, there is always a solution for SH3D. for example. Divinare factory chandelier. There is a good photo on a white background with the mode turned on, there is a drawing with dimensions. You should know for sure that this is more than enough for success. Fact. Sellers do their best to show their product in the best possible light. It's good for us. Therefore, very often there are photos of chandeliers in different modes, with the lights on, with the lights off, there are all the necessary dimensions of the product. There is everything!
look. We really need a photo in the enabled mode (it is there). And the drawing. Now let's start using it.
To show this chandelier in the interior, you first need to create a template that accurately shows the location of the chandelier in the interior. This chandelier looks like a saucepan suspended on a string, a cylinder on strings. We will make a colored cylinder of the desired diameter and height, and position it at the desired height. We will see how this chandelier in the right size will look above the kitchen table. So far, this is just a template.
it has all the elements - the pan itself and the upper suspension base. These are the colored cylinders that will now be our landmarks.
Now we take out our magic wand. We need a photo of the chandelier with the lights on. We have it, the seller showed us everything on his website. But on a white background. You need to remove this white background and get an image of a chandelier on a transparent background in PNG format. There are different ways to remove the background. I use the free version of photoshop. You can use other programs. It doesn't matter. The main thing is to get a chandelier on a transparent background and save this image as a texture in SH3D. The image has its own size, it is very important to write it down or remember it. There will be a correct image only if the proportions of the image are correct. It is important. So our picture is a square. Everything is very successful and everything is very simple. now you need to make a box with square proportions and a small depth. Assign the front side with the PNG texture of the photo, and make all other sides invisible. This box should be made with dimensions like the width of the chandelier - 60x60cm. Now you need to hang the box in the air in front of the templates in order to match the image of the chandelier on the box against the background of the template cylinders as accurately as possible. Use the arrows to raise the box with the photo of the chandelier to the desired height. It doesn't matter how far away this box is from the template. On the contrary, it is better that the box is far from the template, somewhere in the middle between the template and the camera. The main thing now is that the width of the template and the photos on the box match as accurately as possible. Usually, a photo of a chandelier is taken from the gas level of an ordinary person, so almost always everything turns out at once and the shape of the template and the shape of the photo on the box almost match.
use this arrow (purple oval) to pull out the photo (the height of the box) so that everything fits into the template. Then our photo will be realistic in the space above the table.
now you need to properly highlight the photo on the box with hemispheres. The most important illumination is a flat hemisphere, worn like a cap on top of a box, white in color. The power of this hemisphere is 1%. To highlight the brightness of the lower part of the chandelier, there is a thin hemisphere of very low height, the upper edge follows the outline of the bottom of the pan so that this bottom glows brightly. The power of this illumination is 6%.
There is a complex mix of light circles on the ceiling. The central part is a hemisphere pointing up at the ceiling, and the rings on the edge are high-power hemispheres that only slightly descend from the ceiling level, only 4 cm lower, so glowing rings are obtained. These hemispheres simulate the complex illumination from the interior lamps along the circular wire fittings inside the chandelier. I guess so)).the capacity of these hemispheres is 10%. Hemispheres are a very interesting tool for simulating different effects. I have already said that by its nature it is a spotlight with a directed stream of light, so it is interesting to use these streams for the desired effects. This is creativity!

here are other examples. If there are no 3d models, no problem. Everything can be replaced with photos on the boxes with the correct illumination of this photo. The main thing is to start with a template and try to combine the photo with these templates, then your rendering will be very convincing.
for the last rendering, a photo taken on a phone was used. Everything can be used!

it is very good to separate the main volume of the chandelier from the base for realism. The base on the ceiling should be made separately and precisely positioned in the center of the lower large template. Then the whole picture will become more correct in your interior. The chandelier pan will be hung more convincingly on its own separate base, which will be in the right angle. If you do not make the base separately, then the image of the chandelier may look distorted. And in a separate form, a more convincing and truthful image is obtained.

Great results using the now familiar picture-on-a-box method! The explanations about eye-view and lighting makes it perfect.

Le résultat obtenu est effectivement superbe. Si on ne le sait, difficile de savoir que l'on a affaire à un simple cube au départ. Bravo d'obtenir ça sans faire appel à l'IA.

after all, there is no simple solution to the problem of the appearance of AI in our lives. On the one hand, AI acts like a drug, making a person a slave to mild effects without much difficulty. Substitution of creativity. On the other hand, it's also stupid to completely ignore this powerful phenomenon. You can't help but notice the sudden birdsong in your room or the lilac fire in your kitchen. We need to react somehow. At least to notice. If we talk about the profession, it is absolutely clear that those old experienced specialists who will be able to apply this powerful tool in their work will at least have competition with the younger generation of specialists. Of course, these young people have no experience, but they have external levers of pressure on customers in the form of spectacular ways of presenting material. The most difficult thing is how to remain a creative person in this colorful tinsel of effects and techniques? AI very quickly blurs all the lines between mediocrity and talent, it's easy to look like a strong artist without having talent.
What is good about the SH3D program? She's honest, there are simple techniques and tools. You can model a house and interior in the same way as a builder builds or a carpenter makes furniture. These are the same processes, there is no substitute for surrogate actions. For example, I found algorithms in this program that I understand, and I make all objects and interiors using boxes. I understand this as a builder. Make everything out of bricks and planks. But in order to show the customer your work in a winning light, you need to keep up with other features that are available in other more complex programs. This is primarily a video with the dynamics of the view of a room or house and animation with people. The SH3D program can only do a part of these tasks, the authors did not initially have such an idea. Therefore, I think there is nothing wrong if this weak niche is occupied by a stronger tool. I'm talking about an AI that doesn't need to give everything. Only part of the animation of your SH3D product. He should not be allowed everywhere, let him not be in charge, but only do the dirty work. I've found a use for it - it's video transitions between your rendering frames. And you can also instruct him to insert some realistic people and cats. You can't give him anything else, otherwise you'll lose control of your creativity. You just won't notice this substitution. You won't understand when you stop being an artist, when you agree with the proposed surrogate with a colorful shell. This will not be your artistic decision - it will be the choice of ready-made, almost always illiterate, shiny garbage. Therefore, it is important to beat the hands of this "assistant", he is always ready to move you to the sidelines. Try to keep up with the times and stay yourself. This is the most difficult task when interacting with AI. Sometimes impossible if you lose control of yourself and get carried away.
for AI, the most impossible part of the job (routine). For SH3D, the most creative and joyful. This mix seems to be the right one. The main thing is the proportions of tasks in order to continue to feel like a master in creativity, and not an apprentice.
