My Sweet Home 3D Project doesn't have 3D visuals anymore
Hello!
I'm using Sweet Home 3D version 7.0.2, the about dialogue tells me "OpenJDK Version 11.0.10 - 64bit - 6,5 / 16 GB". My operating system is Windows 10 Pro 21H2 with all actual patches applied. Hardware Core i7-8700k, 32GB RAM, SSD, nVidia GTX 1050 Ti 4GB with actual drivers. My screen resolution is 3840x2160 with 175 percent scaling. The actual project has a size of 196MB. The problem with this project is, that it lost all 3D presentation. When I load my project, not all of the furniture objects get loaded. A few of them are being shown in the 2D view as placeholders with clock symbols. It is not always the same objects with the problems, they change. At the same time, I'm missing the complete 3D view: the 3D window is complete black, after a while the color changes to grey. When I wait long enough (a few hours...), I'm getting a short glimpse on the 3D view. Any attempt to work in the 3D view, for example trying to change the camera's point of view, leads back to the empty grey 3D window. Das anyone habe any ideas? Is my project simply too large for Sweet Home 3D? Or is my furniture library broken? I added some external furniture models into the library myself, but these models habe been used and displayed correctly before and I can use them in new smaller projects without any problems. I would be very thankful for any ideas or comments.

I already tried that. At the moment, I'm running the program with 16 gig, and according to the windows taskmanager, the Zulu platform uses around 10 gig of it right now. I tried 24 gig, but it did not solve the issue.

Using UNDO and REDO delete one half of all furniture, than the other half. If one of these deletions (partially) resolves your problem, there's a good chance you have 1 or more faulty models.
Keep deleting ever smaller halves to narrow down the problem.

With hundreds and hundreds pieces of furniture, that would be an impossible task. What I tried just now, was deleting all the furniture, that was not loading correct. Then I saved the project under a new name, completely closed the program (and killed the remaining zulu program via task manager) and started the program new: now I have the same situation as before without a 3D view. Only a few _other_ furniture pieces are not loading...

Okay, I tried that. With Emmanuels suggested command line the program does not start, it hangs on the start logo. With the second line by member starrunner, the program starts, but does not write any logfile at all...

Please try to install this plugin that automatically redirects the console output to a file. The output will be stored within the application folder (the one that contains the plugins folder).

Re: My Sweet Home 3D Project doesn't have 3D visuals anymore
I installed the plugin and ran the program. Waited 20 minutes, had my typical problems. No 3D and a few symbols in the 2D view missing. Ended the program. Now I have a log.txt in the application folder, and its time stamp is correct. But it does not habe any content, the file size is 0 (time stamp is correct). I startet the program again and will now wait, until hopefully the 3D view (and the missing 2D symbols) appears. But that will take time. Yesterday 3D appeared after 6 or 7 hours of waiting. At least I could work with the 3D view afterwards without any problems.
One more symptom I can add: Anytime I end the program, I have a "Zulu"-task still running with nearly 10 gigs of RAM in use. I always have to kill that task manually.
BTW, thank you very much for the time you spending answering me! I really appreciate it.
