swimming pool elevation help please, how do I recess my pool into the ground to give me the correct rendering in 3d view? |

Re: swimming pool elevation Depends how you design your pool and whether you use a model of a pool. Try using a negative level (Add Level, and edit it to the "bottom of the pool", say -220cm). You can draw your pool as a room with walls on the negative (subterranean) level where the walls protrude above ground to form the edge of the pool. ok |

Re: swimming pool elevation Pools can be done with much of the same approach as terrain geometry. Posted an example of a pool (in sh3d format) with some extra pool models. Hope this can be of help. ok |

Thanks, useful guidance to the basic steps of how to create a pool, using textures, curved walls and do model design with the help of SH3D.
