You should try to increase the maximum amount of memory Sweet Home 3D can use. Please look at the FAQHow can I adjust the memory used by Sweet Home 3D?

I have the NVidia Geforce 560ti with 1,25mb. In the NVidia control panel I have chosen the maximum performance instead maximum quality and in the 3th level works sometimes but in level 4th never. Thanks
Adjusting the settings of your video card is useless because it's not used at all to compute images at the quality levels 3 and 4.
