"copy furniture" plug in not working

I was trying 4.0 to see if it eliminated a problem I was having with importing furniture.

I tried the "copy furniture" plug in. It gave me an error saying "use installed version" .. so I had to go back to 3.7

This plugin, like a few other ones, can't work with Java Web Start for security reasons. But if you need it to build roofs, this plugin shouldn't be necessary from version 4 and its Beta version.

... ok, but if I want to build roofs, how can i do that in version 4 - I can't find the way to do it - can you give me a hint please.
