Java3D not working with windows 7 64 bit
After downloading source code, it was a big struggle to get it running without getting an exception. Adding VM parameters also did not help. I tried installing java3D and pointing the second VM parameter to this dll but without any luck. Then I replaced the 3 jar files that you will find in Java3D with files placed in projects lib folder and it finally worked.
This brought me to conclusion that although the they had placed the correct dll for 64 bit machines but jar files weren't compatible. So anyone facing this issue, try installing Java3D and replacing the 3 jar files found at C:/Java/Java3D/{version}/lib/ext with files in lib.

You don't have to install Java 3D or to copy Java 3D DLLs, the ones coming with Sweet Home 3D being simply a copy of the official ones. I suspect that you run Sweet Home 3D with a 32 bit version of Java, or that you didn't set the right VM parameter in Eclipse.
