Help with new models
This program (I'm still new) looks to be awesome, and I'd love to get it into the hands of DIY remodelers. Being used to commercial kitchen design software, and after designing many kitchens, I feel that there aren't nearly enough different kinds of cabinet models.
How can I help? Being familiar with cabinets, cabinet construction, and the varying door styles, I might be useful but would need some initial guidance as far as how to make the models in the first place.
If there's a repository of different cabinets, well and good. Where is it?
I run ubuntu so whatever I do needs to happen on a linux box.

From the Create your 3D models section at the end of the 3D models import page, you may use any software able to generate files at OBJ or DAE format. Such software include the Blender and Art of Illusion free software. If you want to contribute to additional models in Sweet Home 3D, please post them in 3D Models Contributions Tracking System.
