All sections of the forum are covered with a layer of mold (also fungi ) from one-day spammers. If nothing is done about this nasty phenomenon, it will only get worse. And everything will die. Keet is trying to identify these rats, but the question is for you, COSMIC MUSHROOMS. Start doing something about the spam on the forum. Otherwise, you'll end up with pornography and links to prohibited resources, which is a common consequence of inaction by administrators. I hope you care. Although I'm not sure, judging by your inaction.

I've given up on reporting the spam posts to spacemushrooms. It's clear that they don't pay any attention to the forums and they don't act on the reports. I guess they solely focus on the septic pit instagram. For now I only warn unsuspecting forum users to not click the links. In some cases they are deviously hidden in the signatures or quoted text.
I don't understand it, it's so easy to solve this. Forum users report the spam posts and once or twice a day they remove the reported posts and the user accounts. It won't take more than a few minutes and it keeps the forums clean. Emmanuel always responded very fast on spam reports.
The thing is, if you remove the spam posts fast enough then the search engine bots don't pick up the urls. That is what the spammers are aiming for: back links to their spam sites to get add clicks. Many back links raise the position of the spam sites on the search ranking. If you don't remove the spam posts then the ranking for Sweet Home 3D will get lower and it might even get blacklisted if it becomes really bad. In short, the problem is even worse if you think about it. And it's something that spacemushrooms should be aware of if they are a professional software company.

So, I'm logged into the forum at least twice a day, morning and evening. I've been deleting posts with links to stupid games within the post itself for the past two weeks. About a dozen posts a day. So it's not true that the forum isn't being taken care of. I don't understand why they do that even though they answer the question properly, they also put those links. There were links to pornography before that I also deleted, but they've stopped appearing for now.

Well, then you have some more work to do. I suggest you remove the complete posts, not only the spam links. And of course remove the user accounts, they will never be used again and only congest the database.
These are from the last 10 "recent threads" pages. I suggest you also remove my posts warning for the spam links. With both the spam post and my warnings removed the forum is much cleaner.
You can easily find the spam posters by filtering by the last 6 months, new accounts, with 1 or 2 posts. Most will be spam. ETA https://www.sweethome3d.com/support/forum/vie...d,1241_lastpage,yes#69537 No (spam) url but it 'reactivates' the thread where the previous post IS spam with a spam link.

The simplest suggestion is that new accounts have to have their first few posts approved before they are published. This would immediately stop these spam posts.
The posts might look like they are answering the question, but when I read them they are vague or inaccurate. I suspect an AI bot is constructing nonsense answers.

I agree. My previous post was to get the current spam cleaned up. Approving first posts requires active monitoring or at least removal when they are reported. I reported almost all of the spam posts listed in my previous post without any response.

I see only one solution. We need to make Keet an administrator; then everything will work out. Nothing good will come of having other administrators. If things stay the same, the forum will die. These bots have started using new tricks. They respond to spam messages with perfectly logical words, without spam links, as if to legitimize it, placing the spam deep within the thread instead of leaving it on the edge. There’s a better chance that a lazy admin won’t notice the real spam. We need a different admin—one who sees everything and knows how to wield the axe.

I removed the posts reported by Keet (and I also remove some posts from time to time by myself). Mario, please pay more attention to hidden links and links in signatures. It would be also nice to take into account Keet’s posts who gently reports spams. Good luck!
