Re: Moving the 0,0 coordinates
This happens because the visible scroll area is created at startup using the area around the visible objects of your project (house). That area can be smaller than to the area of your project and sometimes you can't even scroll completely to the sides of your project.
I solve this by placing two markers (simple boxes) to create a square far around my project with 0,0 as its center. For example at (-10000,-10000) and (10000,10000). When you now open your project your "playing field" uses the markers for your working area and you can freely scroll without missing part of your project in the visible scoll area. It's a hack but it works and placing the markers is the first thing I do when creating a new project. I put them on a separate level so I can make the level invisible. When I restart a project I only have to make that level visible and invisible again to enlarge the scroll area,
If you don't want to use markers there's another way: drag one of your models to the side you want to enlarge as scroll area. Drop it there and ctrl-z to move it back to its original position. The extra created area will remain available.
Now you should be able to scroll your project so the 0,0 coordinates are (close to) top/left.
