cool   Stacking objects?
Hello! I am brand new to Sweet Home 3D, and am starting with something simple. We just built a shed, and I am attempting to create/place objects for everything we want to store in the shed. We have a lot of boxes, is there a way to drag and drop a box on top of another box? Or, do I have to manually change the elevation of the top box?

I'm sure this is just the first of many more questions as I get used to the program smile

Thank you for helping!

Re: Stacking objects?
Welcome to Sweet Home 3D. smile
If the box dragged upon an other object is at 0 elevation and is smaller than the other object, then its elevation will be changed automatically.

Before asking more questions, be sure if you can't find its answer by yourself in the help included in the program, the user's guide, the FAQ or in the forum. This should be the fatest way to get an answer.

applause   Re: Stacking objects?
I guess that makes sense, don't want all the small items on the bottom and large items on top! Thanks so much for the help, I'll check the resources you suggested for future questions first. smile
