Re: glase pane in door When you modify furniture you can see the material names that are used. The selected material blinks in the modify materials dialog. Note the material name of the glass and cancel the dialog. Export the door which generates an .obj and .mtl file. Open the mtl file with a plain text editor and find the material name used for the glass. That is a block of lines that start with the line "newmtl <materialname>". Add a line d 0.3 at the end of that material block. Save the mtl file and import the door by dragging the obj file in your 2D design window. Your glass should now be transparent. You can change the value on the d-line between 0.00 (invisible) and 1.00 (opaque). If you already have an .obj and .mtl file and know what the material name for the glass is you can just edit the mtl to add the d line file before import. ---------------------------------------- Dodecagon.nl 1300+ 3D models, manuals, and projects |
