It's fun to see the SweetHome3DExample7 example with other textures.
At the moment, you can use the 3 houses available in the gallery as long as you respect the terms of the CC-BY license under which they are distributed (see also license page and bottom of the gallery page). Not sure that will be enough for your game though!
