What didn't work? Any error message or hint?

There's no product key and order number won't help.

No error, I click Install but it open a page where I can only buy....

Please give all these details to Microsoft. From the past experience reported by other users, they seemed to give them some correct support.
Meanwhile, you may of course use the free version.
