So this is what i came up with to get a similar effect



created a rectangle of walls, 2 mm x 30 mm exported it and modified its MTL

Libraries of light shapes based on neon lights and fluorescent logos created by Ceciliabr.
Available in the Lights category with the "neon" or "logo" keywords and compatible with SweetHome3D-7.0.

Thanks EnkoNyito.
These light shapes work well with a light power reduced to 10% if placed close to a wall. Rendering runs much faster with YafaRay rendering engine too.
