tHE SOFTWARE DOESN'T START

hI EVERYBODY, IT IS NICE TO BE HERE. i INSTALLED THE sWEET hOME BUT AT THE LOADING IT SHOWS A FATAL ERROR SAYING IT COULDN'T RENDERIZAR THE 3D.

1.You have the Caps Lock key activated.
2.What OS, processor, graphic card?
I suspect a graphic driver problem or a Win10 problem.
