During this time ISV Mercury* arrived in martian orbit. No one is on board, everything is automatic.

It brings two big boxes of materials.

This is very cool and awesome, especially with the news I've been hearing about Elon Musk looking to try to start colonization of Mars in just a few short years. I hope what he has in mind is as fascinating as what you've come up with... but I really doubt that.

Parachutes are go and two engines are ON. They use mixing methane/Oxygen (CH4/O2) like a good old gas stove...

Here technical specifications of habitation module v2.

If a storm occurs (I saw the movie 'The martian'), an anti-tilt system is set up. 4 cables out of the fifth floor (light gray, base of roof) and will be planted in the ground (like harpoons) ...
This module has five levels (with descent engines). 1st : Airlock and a rear cargo 2nd : technical part 3rd : living and sick bay 4th : bedrooms 5th : roof (upper airlock, antennas, parachutes, ...)
It can support 11 people ! It is equipped with 4-wheel drive to adjust its position.
