For me, PVR 1.5 is now the best (even if the time of calculations is longer). applause

Behing the 'office room' and its terrace, you'll find first bedroom (Queen size's bed) with its private shower room, over the garages.



Bedroom's size
Lenght : 4.24 m
Width : 3.85 m
Surface : 16.30 m²

Shower room
Lenght : 3.85 m
Width : 1.40 m
Surface : 5.40 m²

There are 2 another same children rooms (21.70 m²) on this level.

Despite this first floor, it is a new home for big families.

5 bedrooms (each 13 m²) including one for twins (27 m²).

Original form : crescent moon !

North view:


Large room of life : 100 m² (for lounges, dining room, kitchen, entry),
2 vérandas (15 and 25 m²),
1 lounge for books (25 m², visible above),
1 playroom for kids (20 m²).

All roofs are vegetalized.
1 big solar panel for energy and 2 medium solar panels for hot water.

It's a good example (for the beginning) to demonstrate you that how does reality can be added in sh3d demo
also discussed in bar section. wink

Like :
at the top of the walls there are the acroteres,
along the walls there are the gutters with their trapdoor,
Vegetalized roof,
Solar panels, ...
