How to build some floor?
Hi there, maybe my problem was discussed many time, but searching for a solution I didn't find what exactly I wish. 1) I have realized the first step with this wonderful software: one floor with some rooms, but I would like to make also the second floor and I have noticed that there is not any panel or something that can help me on what I would draw. I have thought to take one plane adapting to my project, but I don't know if it is the right solution.
2) In the first floor (ground floor) I have two problems: ---a) how can I put one texture on the floor if there is not one? ---b) my project need to put the floor up from the ground for three steps, but the solution recall the first point.

Thank for your answer, but I'd already read the manual, but it isn't clear how to create the floor dividing from main-floor to second-floor, I mean where you walk. Have I using one plane adapting the dimensions as a floor?
