Problems with levels

I'm very new to Sweet home 3D but have managed to create a detailed floor plan with a background image of my land - so far so good. I now want to add another level above the original. However when I add new level - I get a new work area showing the outline of my existing building, but there are no tabs, so I can't get back to my original level unless I click on a furniture item that is in the ground floor plan, which seems a bit clunky. If I add yet another level - then tabs appear for the 2 new levels but still not for my original one.
I've searched on line to see if I'm missing something, but haven't been able to find anything.
I would be very grateful if someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Re: Problems with levels

I'm having the same issues also, I also get a new work area when I add a new level. We're definitely missing something here, hope somebody can provide information regarding this.

Re: Problems with levels

This sounds like a bug. Could you send me a sh3d file showing the bug, and even better a way to reproduce the bug all the time?
