What are the minimum system requirements to have the furniture icons displayed properly? (Not as catalog icons.)

It's actually several computers. Some of them display properly and some dont. they are all running xp. Will a video card upgrade help?

If the option Top view in the preferences isn't enabled, that means Java 3D doesn't support offscreen images with the current driver of the graphics card, and you should try to update the driver.
