a ghost object appear in my rendering

Hi all

this is my first post and i want to thank you all for this wonderful program provided for free.

Now i have this strange problem: when i make a rendering, it appears something like a "floor" at around 70cm from the real floor, cutting every model, people or furniture in one room.
It happen only in one of the rooms of my project.
All the other rooms are perfect and everything work surprisingly good.
Just this strange "double floor" in one room.
This problem appeared suddenly: before was rendering perfectly every room, this one included.
Then i put some candles on the table... and this strange stuff happened.
But i don't think it is connected with the candles because it remains even when i cancel all of them.
The floor appear in the color of the walls. The real floor is yellow, but this strange floor is white. It gets all the shadow from the spotlights, so it seems that the program really think there is something there. It is not an error of the video card... it seems it is an object, but i didnt put any object there and nothing appear in the 3d screen i get under the 2d screen i work on.

Somebody can help me to fix?
thank you very much again :-)

Re: a ghost object appear in my rendering

Most probably it's a ceiling. Check if there is a room in that place, then use Modify rooms and disable the ceiling.
