I tried to import 3d models but Sweet Home 3D doesn't import it correctly and some parts of the model are scattered. Reading the FAQ I downloaded Java3Ds loader on my mac, but It doesn't work, I can't install it. When I click on the downloaded file I see only a white window.
I have a mac osx 10.7.5 version.
Have someone else the same problem? What can I do?

You didn't understand correctly the meaning of the FAQ (or I didn't explain it well enough). Java3DS loader is already provided in Sweet Home 3D but it doesn't work perfectly. The only way to improve it would be to fix the bug in Java3DS loader, but I'm not even sure it's possible.
