Can I prioritize/bring to front an object?

Hi all, I'm designing my kitchen, I would like to drop my kitchen sink into a bench top but the bench top is shown where the holes in the sink should be. Is it possible to make the kitchen sink the most important object so that it basically cuts a hole in the bench when it is placed there?

Hard to explain - if I could add a picture I would.

Any help would be great!!!

It's not a problem of what is more important to other objects. Sweet Home 3D is simply unable to compute holes of an object in an other one. The only holes that can be automatically computed are the window and door holes in walls and the staircase holes in floors.
The workarounds for your issue are to use a sink 3D model included in a cabinet, to place small thin boxes around the sink, or to create a customized 3D model with an other software like Art of Illusion.

Re: Can I prioritize/bring to front an object?

There is another workaround possible.

Let's assume your counter top is 4 centimeters thick.
- Using very thin walls with 4 cms height, trace the outline of the countertop.
- Create a room inside the walls
- Export, then import your kitchen sink, and make sure to check the Staircase checkbox during importation.
- When you insert the sink, it will cut out a hole in the ceiling/floor.
- Create a new level and adjust elevations so that things line up properly, and the sink is flush with the counter top.
- Export the whole thing and import it as a normal piece of furniture.
- Place it on top of (a) kitchen cabinet(s) without a counter top.

It's a bit complicated to do it this way, and it may be easier to use existing models.
