no access after Mac OS X Maverick upgrade
Just upgraded my Mac to OS X Maverick. Now I don't have access to SH3D anymore. Worse: not only I'm unable to create a new floorplan, but I can't open my library of existing floorplans. javascript:smilie('') javascript:smilie('') I need the SH3D very much at the moment, because I have two moves coming up: first in two months and then again after 6-8 months. SH3D is absolutely necessary to plan this as smoothly as possible!

Even if I hoped Java would update by itself, please try to install Java available at http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1421

The good thing to do is to report this issue to Apple, because if I can understand that Apple decided to remove Java when users upgrade to Mavericks, the system should at least propose to reinstall Java when you relaunch Sweet Home 3D.

Re: no access after Mac OS X Maverick upgrade
Tell me how to contact Apple (or any other online company for that matter), and I'd be very willing to inform them. Fact of the matter is that neither Apple, nor Yahoo, nor any other such company, has ANY contact option left since their arrogance presumes that they can cover all matters in their so-called "help" pages. Only IT professionals may be able to find a way to contact such companies. And I am absolutely not an IT professional.

Maybe you could use this page which is dedicated to Apple's feedback? Among the links they propose, the page for Mac OS X feedback is probably the most appropriate.
