Short answer: NO
Long answer: You could use Copy & Paste to place the rooms next to each other. Then use the up-down, left-right keys to better position your rooms. Delete overlapping walls.
If you have used exact positioning for your walls you could use the AdvancedEditing plug-in to exactly place your rooms. See Plugin-tutorial on this page.
