Make 3D window so it is a "fully fledged window"
Currently (V4.1) when you detach the 3D view as a separate window, it would appear to handled such that it is always in front of the main window and you can't interact with the main window while it is open.
Aside: Probably something to do with window parent/child relationship and window ownership.
It would be nice to allow it to become in independent window so it could be behind the main window and brought to the front by tabbing through windows, and also perhaps by a button on the main window "Show 3D Window".
