Cannot paste after "Copy as new furniture"

I'm using the SweetHome3D-3.7-portable version on Fedora 64 bit.

Everything works OK but when I select a wall and use "Copy as new furniture", I cannot paste what I have copied.

According to the SlopingCeilingGuide this is what I have to do, to be able to export the wall as an obj so that I can use it later as a roof.

I can export the wall itself, but then there is some sort of base level attached to it when importing it...

Regular copying and pasting seems to work fine.

TIA for any help.

Please use version 4.0 Beta and choose the new option Export selection proposed after the file dialog shown by 3D view > Export to OBJ format.
