Starting a non square plan

I have a -very- old house to repair, and need to enter it in SweetHome 3D as a prereq, but the because no room are squared, and far from that, I have to take into account all the DIAGONALS of each room.
I did not find a way to do that in this product, neither draw a circle from one point to place jonction points.
Could you help me?

Re: Starting a non square plan

SH3D isn't designed to easily allow that kind of drawing. However, it is possible to do so.
You will need (1) the angles (in degrees) between two walls and (2) the length of each wall.
Choose the Wall button, click to make you starting point, then hit Enter on the keyboard.
A pop-up window will allow you to enter the angle of the wall and its length.

As you probably have measures of the inner room (and not in the middle of the walls), you should rather use Hans' suggestion but using the Create rooms tool. Once your room is created, you can easily create the walls around it by double clicking in the room while using the Create walls tool.
