Import plans in the online version

Hi.

It would be great if it's possible to imports plans from local computer into online version SweetHome.
Cause in case when I already have my plan in my harddrive and wanna work with it on the other computer I should install SweetHome on the that computer. Although I could work with it through online. (

Re: Import plans in the online version

Hi,

I would like to second this request.

This is a great program and I can't believe I just discovered it only two weeks ago.

I prefer using the online version of SH3D, because I can access the same plan from multiple computers. The problem is I want to keep using the online version, but I know once I export the plan to modify it offline I will never be able to work on that plan online again.

Regardless, thank you for making this program available for free. The more I use it the more I am impressed by all of the features available and even if we could never upload our plans it will still be one of my favorite programs to use.

Thank you!

Re: Import plans in the online version

Definitely. I don't know if this would be the same, but I'd loooove it if I could show others (if they could view online) the changes I'm making to the floor plan (in which case I guess they would have to register and I would have to give them read access to the plan or something). Anyways, I have been working on a plan offline, and I'd love to be able to upload it to my account (although I understand that the initial objective of allowing others to view my floorplan would still not be possible).
By the way, the software is AMAZING !!! And it has a good set of furniture and textures, which I hope will grow in the future. So far it's GREAT !!!

Re: Import plans in the online version

In the online version, you can already import a background plan with the contextual menu of the plan.
