Rotate part os a projec

Is possible to rotate only a part of a project, includin some walls (their are not atached to the part that I dont want to rotate, I will atach after rotating)

it depends: do you mean furniture as well or just some walls and rooms?

In general, you could select all you need and copy it to the clipboad and paste this part to another empty project and rotate this part of the plan.
this can be used for walls and rooms.

hint: if you want to detach one wall from another, you just cut/paste the selected wall onto the very same spot (helpful for splitted wall segments).

the furniture has to be grouped together and rotate as on single object, later to be ungrouped of course.

Maybe you could try also to use the Advanced Editing plug-in described in this document.
