Version 3.5 will not launch following Java update

Please can someone help? I'm using Version 3.5 under Vista and it has been working beautifully for weeks. Then, yesterday I did a Java update. Now version 3.5 won't launch. I get the splash screen briefly, followed by an Application Error dialogue box saying "Unable to launch the application"

When I click on "Details" button I get these codes under "Launch File" tab (below) and the "Exception" tab (below that). How to get Version 3.5 to work again, please?

I would uninstall Sweet Home 3D with Java Control Panel (search Temporary Internet Files Subpanel in previous link), then install it again with Java Web Start .
You can also use the installer version which is bundled with Java. With this version, you won't get this kind of problem.

Thank you, I used the Windows installer version and that solved the problem.
Is it recommended to accept future Java updates and then if there is a problem, uninstall and re-install Sweet Home 3D as you suggested?
