--- THE PROBLEM: A. When the saved scene is open by double clicking the a20.sh3d file the edges disappear in the 3d preview (but are visible in saved png when rendered with simplest option):
B. The edges are visible when the scene is opened from within SweeetHome3D by Open menu. But disappear again when we process simplest rendering (disappear in 3D view not in a generated png).
This behaviour is really strange to me, but I have tested it with variuos OS and graphic cards and the above rules apply to all machines I run SweetHome on.

It looks like a bug in the driver of your graphic card. On my computer, I had the black lines. If you have the chance to try on an other computer, please check again.
