adding a lower level after a higher one?

Hey there. I was trying the new version (3.4) and I noticed an inconvenience, or maybe I just don't know how to use it right.
When adding new levels, the new one always build on top of the previous. This wouldn't be a problem if we could rearrange the order...
...What I mean is, after I built a large level, I figure out i need another one (much smaller) at a lower height, but unless i delete it, i cant go lower.

If only we could move (rearrange) the level tabs, or set absolute heights instead of relative to the previous level, then it would be perfect.

Before the user's guide get updated, please read the integrated help about levels, available in English also here and here. It gives the answer to your questions.

Re: adding a lower level after a higher one?

Oh yes, sorry.
There's a "modify level" menu with the elevation value, a simple and elegant solution (allowing both to rearrange tabs and set absolute height values).
