If you're not more specific, we can't give a proper answer.
Can you show a picture of the kind of ramp you need?

Simplest way I can think of is a stretched triangle.

I dont know by ramp what do u want ..............if u mean walking path then use come thing like box and decrease its height to decrease the thickness...or if u mean ramps ...like in skateboards then see this

You could also make a simple ramp with a wall part. One end of the wall at 0" height the other end at the top height. Then make the wall as wide as you wish.

To make a ramp about one step up for a doorway, I might make a wall 48" long, 0" at one end, 6" at the other and perhaps 36" wide.
