I think the contest is a great idea! I'm just really sorry that because of all my course work I won't get chance to enter! sad

Thank you fhoofman. TO do the water effect, you must have Sketch up, and make an object with 3 different depth layers. The bottom layer is textured with the rocky bottom, the next layer is semi solid or translucent waves texture to bounce the light photons upwards, and a transparent wave texture at the top to create the contrast that gives an impression of motion. The lights are placed between the top and middle layers.
