Renders of more than 3,000 pixels, also Selection area

Hi Emmanuel,

Please can you allow renders of more than 3,000 pixels wide. Say raising the maximum to 10,000 (for producing very large prints) 3,000 can be up-scaled but then it softens details. I understand that higher resolutions require more rendering time but I don't mind leaving it rendering overnight.

Also while on the subject is it be possible to allow a rectangular selection area within the render window to be defined? The default is to render the whole scene unless a selection is made.
Picture the scene (it has happened to me more than once smile ) a large resolution render just completes and then you realise that something small is wrong and need a slight alteration, instead of having to re-render the whole scene just the area required can be selected, then the two images can be blended in image manipulation software.

Mock-up

Hope you are having a good week and not working too hard on version 2.5, you can work hard on the Uber render but not Sweet Home biggrin (Kidding!)
