When drawing walls, you can get a pretty accurate idea of the coordinates by looking at the horizontal and/or vertical ruler. A thin line indicates the position of the cursor. For more precision you can zoom in.
While drawing walls, the cursor is "accompanied" by a small pop-up window that gives you the length of the wall at the position of the cursor.

If your request is for precision purpose, you may also use the keyboard to enter values, by pressing the Enter key while drawing walls, rooms or dimensions.
