Microsoft Store monthly premium subscription not recognized
Hello, I purchased the Sweet Home 3D Monthly Premium subscription through the Microsoft Store today. My Microsoft account shows the Monthly Premium subscription as active, and I am currently in the 1-week free trial. Sweet Home 3D does not appear to recognize the Premium subscription. My installation is Sweet Home 3D Version 7.6.8 Microsoft Store (1605) on Windows. I have already restarted Sweet Home 3D, reset the Microsoft cache using wsreset.exe and repaired the Sweet Home 3D app through Windows Settings. The subscription still does not appear to be recognized. I also checked File - Subscription info and the other menus, but there is no "Restore purchase" option available. Could you please tell me how to make the Microsoft Store version recognize my active Monthly Premium subscription? Thank you.
