sad HELP!!!!!!!!!!Cannot import jpeg or png format of floor plan....

Please help? I have tried to import a floor plan 17 times...
I define the scale with the blue line, continue and click the top after writing dimensions and still cannot find image.....Could it be that i don't understand the dimensions i need to input??

What value did you enter in the Length field at the second step?

As said in the FAQ, the length you entered should match the size of the drawn line in the real life, not its size at screen or on the paper you got.

That's what I thought...I was going NUTS. Unfortunately, I don't have those dimensions yet. When I do I will try again.

You can enter an approximative length. Who cares? wink

try moving the image you want to import aroud till you find a standard size object; like a bathtub or other objct that you knos the size of; works for me
