WishList: lock individual objects

We can lock the base plan which locks walls, rooms, doors, windows, and objects where we checked the property "Part of base plan". This prevents accidentally moving or changing the objects that are part of the base plan. Basically you can't do anything with these objects while the base plan is locked.

I use this quite often to make the objects in a large group part of the base plan so I don't move them when organizing other furniture.
I also often export/import floors and walls to use as replacement objects for said walls and/or floors. The only way to lock these is to make them part of the base plan, but... that locks everything in the base plan. And I only want to lock specific objects. The same when you group a set of objects that are spread over your whole project. Such a group is a pain to work around because it's always in the way of other furniture, even if you push it to the top of the furniture list. A perfect solution would be if the group could be locked.

My wish: Have an option to lock a specific object or group without having to lock the complete base plan. Add a checkbox column in the furniture list named Locked to lock/unlock objects; same as the Visible column. Of course the objects should still have the option to be part of the base plan so they are locked when the base plan is locked.

Re: WishList: lock individual objects

My wish would be to do away with the distinction between levels and groups. Make them all part of a hierarchical tree replacing the furniture list and removing the tabs. Have locking and visibility be independently settable for any branch or leaf of the tree. (Currently all items in a group inherit the root parent group's visibility and currently locking something using the base plan option is a bit unwieldy too.)

Next make rooms, walls, polylines, text labels, etc. all part of the hierarchy. When trying multiple layouts where walls/rooms change shape I have a sprawling mass of levels because I have to put all the options on individual levels because I can't hide these things in a group. This results in hiding and showing multiple levels to swap between options. When you have 6 rows of tabs that constantly move position, this becomes overwhelming.

As a bonus have the option to make visibility of the children (including child-groups!) of a group be mutually exclusive with radio buttons instead of checkmarks. This would mean I could switch between options with a single click on a radio button option.

This way I could for example have...
Name | Other columns |L| V|
▼ First Floor 🔓 ◼
▼ Family Bathroom 🔓 ◼
▼ Layout 1 🔓 ●
Room 🔒 ◼
Wall 🔒 ◼
Bath 🔓 ◼
Sink 🔓 ◻
Toilet 🔓 ◼
▶ Layout 2 🔒 ◯

Sorry, the icons suck, but you get the idea. Layout 1 and Layout 2 are mutually exclusive. I click on the V column of Layout 2, and it is shown and Layout 1 is automatically hidden.

Ugh! It looked fine in editing and preview, but now it has messed all the unicode up.
