@Keet He might be alluding to the fact that as a new user his posts are not immediately visible.
@RealBLAlley If this is what you are referring to, it is a mechanism to stop spammers posting adverts or links to bad pages. It just means that for the first few posts you have to wait for the content of your posts to be approved. Once it is seen that you are a legit forum member a switch will be flipped and you can post immediately.
