Re: How to curve Funiture?
You can't curve furniture in Sweet Home 3D. What you can do is simulate a corner like in the image. Straight lines are easy and using the Generate 3D Shape plugin you can create 8-point shapes using coordinates or you can use objects like the triangle, cylinder, and box and combine them into the shape you need. (Check out the Shapes library on dodecagon.nl). Only walls (and thus rooms) can be curved and you can use that to create curved furniture parts. The only other alternative is to create something with a program like Blender. Looking at your image you can do something similar to my image. That is obviously a work in progress that should result in a Stand Builder library but that won't be released for quite a while.

Re: How to curve Funiture?
Just like in real life, SH3D and even you can't bend a straight object (chair, table or box) without breaking it. Also, just like in real life, if you need it, you can create it (and SH3D can do that). You could do this with the help of room or wall. 1. From room: 1.1. Add a level and set the floor thickness at the height of needed object. 1.2. Draw bounding walls and curve the necessary.
1.2.1. Fill the space with a room OR 1.2.2. Use Autodimensioning plugin to generate the build surface. 1.3. Select the generated room and 3D view -> Export to OBJ format.
2. From wall: 2.1. Draw a wall, set the height, the thickness and the curve. 2.2. Select the wall and export it as object.
3. Furniture -> Import furniture... and import the exported object.
For more precise and funny you could use Multiplier plugin.

Re: How to curve Funiture?
Good explanation about how to use rooms and walls for curves! I didn't know the auto-dimensioning plugin could fill in, I have never needed it and I should investigate it's extended features.
But... check out some images of stadiums. Every stadium uses wedges like I created for the corners. So far I haven't found a stadium that uses rounded corners. Maybe there's a conference presentation hall that uses rounded corners for seating but I doubt it. The construction is more expensive and it doesn't increase seating efficiency. A rounded corner for seating does look good though!

It don't! To fill in the room tool it is enough. The Autodimensioning plugin make a room outside the walls.
