Hello Dorin, I deleted all the plugins from the plugin manager and reinstalled them but it doesn't work. Unfortunately I still can't see the FINE (for the roof). Can you help me please...

Dorin, the translator may be translating incorrectly... I don't have the (Fine) section. Can you send me these plugins as a file? I will upload all the files needed for roof construction from there.

Yes you do. Your image shows the spinner under the Slope slider. It has a caption "Fine (0.1°)". You can up/down the value with the little arrows or with the keyboard arrow keys.

Keet have right! If the screenshot represent your last plugin installation you don't need other file. You already have the last version. Indeed, the tutorial was made whit a more earlier version and it need some updates. But the principles remains valuable. Even it is also outdated you could read this .
