“the care village” over 28,000 square meters

https://www.mediafire.com/view/xgb6mng8jffh5bv/Plan_mit_Beschriftung.jpg/file

A huge project, created with all levels and facilities. 6 months of work and meanwhile a file with 164 MB.
All houses are also individually in a file and are now being edited individually and then inserted back into the master file.

Looking very good, but 'huge is relative smile
I am busy with a project where the ground plan is a dodecagon (12-sides) so similar to your circle but a 'little' bigger: 50240.49 square meters. And that is only the space inside the most outer walls.

Did you create the image using a photo render from Sweet Home 3D or something else?

I am very glad! It's great when such a simple program is used in the work of professional bureaus. I wish you a successful completion of the project and a real construction site. That's the most interesting thing about this whole virtual venture. blushing

Very nicely done Matthias! I’m glad you could achieve your big project with Sweet Home 3D, and hope architects will be able to exploit the design you created, if it’s actually built.

the complete Plan is a bit to big as file, even the opening of the File takes a few minutes on a High Power Maschine. haha. But if anyone is interested in the Source file for any of the Houses, just mail me. info@xSkills.de

There is also a Project Book with the decription of every House and Use. The fully Amount to Build with all of the Furnitures and Real Estate Cost is about going to 92 MIO Euro

Re: “the care village” over 28,000 square meters

Can I find out the details of this project? What is the general urban development situation? What is the master plan? Was it an order, a competition? Or is it your initiative? is there a connection to a specific place? A very serious large complex, a lot of work. And the unusual shape of the circle for the site. What is it really?

I have 'some' experience with this laughing . I had the same problem with the big project I mentioned. I scrapped it and am completely recreating it but with every single model optimized to the max. I currently have the new project at just a tenth of the size of the original. And now it moves! (On a web page by using the Export to HTML plugin.) It also loads much, much faster.

You have very nice details but they are heavy to load and display. Just removing the cars should already make a difference but there are probably other parts in your project that are very detailed, i.e. big.
In Sweet Home 3D you can add columns to the bottom left object list. Add the column 'Model size' and you can see which objects are the biggest and decide if you can rework the biggest ones to something smaller.

Careful though. Your current project looks great and you don't want to loose too many details!
